A Belly Burner Belt Review-My Experience

A few months ago I saw a commercial on TV advertising the Belly Burner Belt. The ad claimed that all you have to do is wrap the Belly Burner Belt around your waist while working out, walking, eating, sleeping or whatever, and you will lose inches. The Belly Burner is a neoprene, one size fits all belt that wraps around the waist with a velcro attachment. Hollywood celebrity trainer Bobby Waldron is the solo designer and marketer of the Belly Burner. Bobby had so much confidence in the belt from the start that he sold it out of the truck of his car just to get the belt out there. The Belly Burner Belt heats up the body's thermal core temperature, increasing the metabolic rate. This makes you burn more calories faster. I, for one, found the claims of the Belly Burner Belt to be true, in part, and as an added bonus, I discover that the Belly Burner Belt is helping to remove the look of cellulite too.

 

Giving the Belly Burner Belt a Try

Being a little sceptical, I didn't order the belt from TV. But I did think about what was said and contemplated doing a little research on it's claims. Next I was making a purchase at CVS and saw the belt. It was only $19.95 and right in front of me. In recent years I've struggled with belly fat. I workout a lot and, even though this helps, I still have unwanted fat around my waist. I decide that today in CVS for $19.95 to say: what the heck. I purchased the Belly Burner Belt. Getting the belt home, I tried it on first thing. I found the belt to be a rather simple design. You just pull it out of the box and wrap it around your waist, period. For me, it helped to get it wrapped tightly around the lower waist since this is where the fat is. Next I started my workout and it didn't take long to know something was happening. I heated up in less than fifteen minutes while walking on the treadmill. This usually takes a half hour or more. Then came the sweat around my waist, lots of it. 

Strenuous Exercise Activates the Belt

I have read many, many reviews written by others stating that the Belly Burner Belt didn't help them to lose weight or belly fat. I, however found the Belly Burner Belt to be beneficial to weight loss and even lost a one-half of an inch around my waist. Keep in mind however, to heat up and activate the belt you must exercise. I workout on a treadmill regularly for one hour, to an hour and a half a day. I run as well as walk on the treadmill. In addition to this, you must use the Belly Burner Belt as you workout over a period of time, like from two weeks to a month, to see results. And, results may vary from person to person. I believe that consistent strenuous exercise is the key to getting the most out of the Belly Burner Belt.

The Belly Burner Belt and Cellulite

After three weeks of using the Belly Burner Belt regularly when I worked-out and around the house for a few hours when doing household chores, I lost four pounds and about 1/2 of an inch around my waist. This is great, but what surprised me the most about my waist is it looked better because the cellulite on my lower stomach was gone. In recent years I have been prone to cellulite. It's the dimple look that builds in the fat areas of the body. Cellulite occurs more in women than men and can collect on the thighs, buttocks and abdomen. Cellulite is caused by diet, age and heredity and it's cure is mostly unknown. Working out regularly and keeping weight down has helped to control my cellulite, but some is still present. I've tried a few cellulite creams but wasn't so happy with the results. They were nice creams, adding moisture to my skin, but after use I saw no reduction in cellulite. In my opinion, the Belly Burner Belt has had the greatest impact on my cellulite.

Final Thoughts

The Belly Burner Belt does work if YOU are willing to exercise for one to two hours a day for a month, while wearing the belt. I've exercised for one to two hours a day with and without the belt and had better results with the belt. If you purchase the Belly Burner Belt and sit on the sofa, this probably will not work. Also, if you decide to wear the Belly Burner Belt while exercising, make sure to drink lots of water to replenish your body. The Belly Burner Belt, when activated, will produce a lot of sweat. Keep in mind that the Belly Burner Belt is just a piece of neoprene, with a velcro attachment, that is being wrapped around your waist by you. If you are sceptic, you could purchase a piece of neoprene and some velcro, finding a way to wrap it around your waist. Maybe sew the velcro onto the neoprene, then exercise to see if this is going to work for you.

Thanks ArtGirl! I used my belt yesterday on a bike ride. I started out without it and turned around to get it. So funny, but it's that important to me. Glad you found this one helpful:)

Don't you think that because you were exercising you lost the weight rather thn because you had this wrap?

I love the belly burner, i've been dieting and exercising for awhile now. And cant exercise with out my belly burner. I feel i loose more weight because of it. The results are from your tshirt or tanktop that you use. I cant see myself working out without it. I lost 37.8 pounds in 3 months. When your desperate to loose weight like i was, i tried everything. And i'm proud to say the results are great!

My mother bought the belt from wal-mart and then never even put it on after pulling it out of the box. She said "cheap peice of crap it's just a back support." and left it on the sofa. I have been jogging for three weeks and following a very strict diet with NO results so I figured, "meh, couldn't hurt." and put the belt on. That was three days, 4lbs., and 2 1/2" ago. I LOVE this silly thing. Pants that did not button on Tuesday are looking nice and feeling comfy right now. It does feel weird and seems to do nothing but make you extra sweety on the treadmill until you wake up the next day and notice less belly than the day before. No you can't just sleep with it on or watch t.v. with some snacks. You do have to workout and drink water. It's likely just your extra water weight but hey who wants to keep that camel like water pooch?

I bought one and I put it on as soon as I got home and did my daily dance routine I noticed after about 15 minutes that I could feel it working and after 2 hours I took it off to get ready for bed and their was a lot of sweat so I know it is working so I am defiantly going to keep it and work hard to loose the extra water weight I have. I give it a thumbs up I have only used it for two days and already I notice a change.
